Toekyn Sell terms

The service
Toekyn Sell is a preparation beta for organizing sneaker inventory, original photos and listing information. Browser mode stores data on your device; private mode saves to your signed-in account. Features may change, be interrupted or be unavailable. Current sign-in and preparation features do not collect a subscription payment. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and terms before purchase.
Your account and content
Use an account and content you are authorized to use. You retain ownership of your records and photos. You permit Toekyn and its infrastructure providers to store, process and display them as needed to provide, support and secure the service. Do not upload unlawful material, credentials or sensitive information unrelated to your inventory. Do not abuse sign-in, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use another person’s workspace.
Review before selling
You are responsible for the accuracy of item identity, size, condition, authenticity claims, price and listing content. Photo grouping and preparation tools are aids; they do not authenticate products or guarantee a sale. Review records and original photos before approval or export. An export is not a marketplace listing. You are responsible for marketplace rules, buyer communications and any transaction you choose to make. Toekyn is not a party to those transactions.
Keep your originals and backups
Download complete backups of important work. Browser storage may be cleared, sessions expire and network saves can fail. Check that private changes are marked saved before leaving. No uninterrupted availability or loss-free storage is promised. Contact support if a save or recovery fails; do not assume an unsaved change has reached cloud storage.
Ending use and deletion
You can stop using the service at any time. Signing out ends the current application session but preserves saved cloud data. Request account and data deletion from your account email as described in the privacy policy. We may restrict access to address abuse, security problems or service changes. Where practical, we will communicate material service changes so you can export your records.
Service limitations and changes
The beta is provided as available, without a promise that every result is accurate or every feature will meet your needs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date will be shown here and material changes will receive appropriate notice.
